Case History allows the Medical Practitioner to maintain Patient Visit Details by Visit. Case History provides the option of printing out the entire Case History of the patient, beginning from the first visit to the most recent, thereby assisting the Practitioner in maintaining Chronological Details as well as the patient's improvement.

Case History is very user-friendly and is available with a Customization Option, at a nominal extra price.
